We are building a superstar team of international talent touching regions in all corners of the globe. We have big plans to expand and create new teams, and are looking for intelligent and driven in-house recruiters with a keen ability to recognise talent for this crucial role.

We do not limit ourselves to the regions we are based in an hiring talent from abroad often.

The best match would be someone who has worked as a 360 degree recruitment consultant, researcher or an in-house recruiter, especially for roles in the tech industry.

We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

A successful recruiter will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.

As no.1 exchange in the world we have a powerful brand name and currently receive hundreds of resumes per week.

You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with hiring mangers to understand their needs and develop strategies together
  • Creating job descriptions and posting on various channels
  • Screening of new candidate resumes and conducting interviews
  • Creatively sourcing new talent through online resources
  • Coordinating interviews for other members
  • Attending networking events and hiring seminars
  • Creating new recruiting strategies and improving talent acquisition branding


Requirements:

  • 2+ years Experience in the Recruiting industry or as an in-house recruiter
  • A keen ability to recognise ability from interviews and resumes
  • Effective stakeholder management
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Inquisitive nature and a hunger to learn
  • Clear and logical mindset and communication style
  • Strong problem-solving ability and an open-mind to challenges
